Service Standards

We aim to respond to all enquiries made by telephone on the
same day. Depending upon complexity, quotations may take up
to 5 days to obtain from Insurers although for more simple
package style risks we aim to respond within 24 hours.

All correspondence will be answered within 5 working days and
policy documentation will be issued as soon as received from Insurers.
