The company was formed in January 2002 as a result of a
management buy out from Bennetts (GB) Ltd. At that time an
agreement was entered into whereby all of the Commercial
business would transfer to and form the foundation for the new
company.
A new Managing Director was appointed, Phil Casement, and the
Company continued to trade from premises in Newbury, Berkshire where it had effectively been the commercial section of Bennetts (GB) Ltd for many years.
In 2004 a further change in ownership occurred and the Shareholders now all work in the business and form the management team that continues to be led by Phil Casement supported by Mark Harrop and Paul Simmonds as the other stakeholders.
In June 2004, The Company re-located to modern purpose built offices in Basingstoke with a mission to grow it’s corporate and small commercial business through the provision of quality advice and access to markets using strong relationships with financially strong insurers.
